There is NO ONE quite like Claire and I could not more highly recommend her. From start to finish, Claire was there for me. As a first time home buyer, there were many things I was unfamiliar with and Claire guided me through the process with patience and expertise. Every step of the way was fantastic. I enjoyed the properties Claire selected as possibilities. She really stays on top of newly available locations and this makes a huge difference in grabbing the best of the best before anyone else can. Claire's passion for her trade is evident. Even as we would drive to/from potential locations, she always pointed out landmarks or houses with the most interesting stories/insights. I feel like I know Seattle that much more because of her. Your availability to me to answer questions or recommend vendors was outstanding. I needed a lot of advisement about how to get the house ready for putting on the market and you always knew what to do, who to call, when to pay, how to schedule it, etc. It was like having the best personal assistant helping to organize the whole process for me so I could do what I needed to do to get the house ready to sell. I never felt like I could not speak my mind or ask any question, no matter how small or how idiotic my questions seemed to me. We tell everybody how you knew how to time the sale of the house which helped us make way more money off the house sale then we thought we would. Your professional help paid enormous dividends.
